The Council for the National Land Information Service (C-NLIS) has announced the winners of its Local Land Charges Industry Achievement Awards.
The winners were announced at an awards dinner last night (29th January 2008) at the Blackpool Hilton, as part of the annual Local Land Charges Conference. BBC Presenter Bill Turnbull was the Awards Master of Ceremonies.

Alex Fraser, Chief Executive of C-NLIS, commented: "The Local Land Charges Industry Achievement Awards reflect the achievements and accomplishments of local authorities. We are delighted to see that local land charges departments across the country are maintaining such a high level of service. Not only does this Award programme reflect that, but it also validates their commitment to achieve the success factors that are so necessary in today's climate. "
