Customer satisfaction award for local authority searches

This award focuses on the level of service the local land charges department offers to its local authority searches customers and whether they are happy with the service they are given.

Through the CLC, conveyancers will be asked to vote for the local authority they feel provides excellent customer service. The number of votes that each department receives along with any ad hoc comments will determine the winner of this award. Local land charges officers will also be provided with a link they can send out to their customers in order to encourage their votes.

This category is based on vote results and is limited to conveyancers only - The voting process ends 31 October 2008.
