This award recognises local land charges departments that have best improved their service over the 12 month period from 1 September 2007 - 31 August 2008.

Judging of this award will be based on the following criteria:

  • % reduction in NLIS fees of CON29R and LLC1 combined searches
  • % improvement in electronic turnaround time

The winner of this award will be the local authority who has met the above criteria and is based on Local Authority Market Share (LAMS) data from MyNLIS.
